Greetings!
We need your help! Montebello Unified School District (MUSD) is gathering feedback from parents, personnel, and students on the design and implementation of our Local Control and Accountability Plan (LCAP). The LCAP is a tool for school districts to set goals, plan actions, and leverage resources to meet those goals to improve student outcomes. MUSD is partnering with the Orange County Department of Education’s (OCDE) Evaluation, Assessment and Data Center (EADC) to conduct this survey, and your participation is important. All information you provide is anonymous and individual responses will be kept confidential. It will only be viewed by the OCDE EADC. We hope you will answer every question honestly, but you may skip any question you do not wish to answer.
If you have any questions about this survey please contact Darshi Balasuriya at [email protected] or 714-966-4106.
Thank you,
Montebello Unified School District
